I’ve installed a handguard on my SIG M400 Tread before! You’ll need a few tools like a wrench, a torque screwdriver, and some proper rail covers. Step 1: Remove the old handguard, Step 2: Position the new one and torque it to the specs. Make sure everything is aligned!

Definitely keep an eye on the delta ring. It can be a pain if it doesn’t seat correctly! I used some lubricant to ease the process. A buddy helped to hold things in place as I tightened it down.

Wise words! I also suggest having a heat gun handy for the delta ring. It can make it easier to manipulate during installation!
