WISCONSIN

The state of Wisconsin has not enacted any type of carry law.  only law enforcement officers who qualify under the law enforcement Safety act, are allowed to carry in this state [check with the state police in Illinois to make sure they even recognize H.R. 218].

if you live in WISCONSIN and possess a non-resident license or permit from some other state, go to that state to find out where you are legal to carry.

We hope that the elected officials in WISCONSIN will some day listen to the citizens of their state and enact a self-defense law that allows citizens to carry defensive weapons.  Currently only law enforcement officials, criminals, rappers, thugs, and the possible terrorist, carry concealed weapons.

NOTE:  WISCONSIN HAS AN "OPEN" CARRY LAW.  tHEY HAVE  STATE PREEMPTION REGARDING FIREARM LAWS.   ONE LOCATION YOU MAY NOT CARRY A FIREARM IN THE OPEN IS IN A VEHICLE.  Please check with the Wisconsin State Police for additional information.
