| ILLINOIS The state of Illinois has not enacted any type of carry law. only law enforcement officers who qualify under the law enforcement Safety act, are allowed to carry in this state [check with the state police in Illinois to make sure they even recognize H.R. 218]. If you live in Illinois and possess a non-resident license or permit from some other state, go to that state to find out where you are legal to carry. We hope that the elected officials in Illinois will some day listen to the citizens of their state and enact a self-defense law that allows citizens to carry defensive weapons. Currently only law enforcement officials, criminals, rappers, thugs, and the possible terrorist, carry concealed weapons. Packing Heat / A publication for you to read, print, & share.
