TLR-1 vs X300: Which Weapon Light Should I Choose?

I’ve only used the X300 at night, and it was quite impressive, but I’d love to hear from TLR-1 users to get their perspective!

I’ve been using the TLR-1 for a couple of years now, and I love its durability. I’ve dropped it a few times, and it holds up really well. The ease of use is fantastic too! Just a simple toggle switch.

That’s good to hear! I’ve been leaning towards the X300 due to its reputation for toughness. Have you ever had any issues with battery life on the TLR-1?

I switched from the TLR-1 to the X300 after some feedback. The X300’s brightness is superior, and it fits my firearm better. However, it is bulkier, which is a downside for carry. I’m quite satisfied overall.

I find the X300 to be a bit heavier, which can be a drawback for some. But the light output is impressive! It feels solid and reliable. I would say try both if possible!

That’s interesting! Durability is key for me too. Would you say the X300’s quality justifies the price difference in comparison to the TLR-1?

I agree with both sides! I use the TLR-1, and for the cost, it’s hard to beat the performance. I’ve never had a durability issue, but I’m curious about what features make the X300 worth the hype.

The X300 has better control for me, but if weight isn’t an issue, the TLR-1 does indeed offer great value. It’s a dilemma!

Both sound great, but I’m still on the fence! Is it just me, or does anyone find the pricing for the X300 RIDICULOUS? What are they thinking?!

Haha, I’ve thought the same! But you might just pay for peace of mind with the X300’s reliability. I guess it’s all about what you need it for.

Reflecting on both lights, I think both have their strengths. It really depends on personal preference and use. Trying them out in real scenarios is the best way to choose.
