No gas block problems for me! Just a perfect fit. If you’re considering this barrel, I would say go for it! The accuracy improvement is noticeable.
Installation does vary slightly depending on the model though, so stay cautious. I read somewhere that some users had to deal with additional fitting for AR platforms.

I put one on my AR-15, and it required some minor adjustments. Just had to play around with the gas tube alignment. Overall, not a big deal.

I’ve been using Lothar Walther barrels for over 5 years now, and I can confidently say their build quality is superb. They resist wear incredibly well, even with regular shooting.
