 Tennessee Handgun Permit Fee The application cost for a 1st time applicatnt, is $ 115. This excludes the cost for the training. This $115 goes to the state of Tennessee. If a person is not able to obtain a TN Handgun Permit because of something that arises in the background investigation, they do not receive a refund!
