The reason is that the Alabama Pistol Permit I.D. Pouch ™ has a two fold purpose. It allows anyone who has been issued an Alabama Pistol Permit, to show their permit immediately to a Law Enforcement Officer that shows they have the authority to carry their pistol concealed. Why the reflector?
