ARKANSAS COUNTY CHL INSTRUCTORS & FIREARM SCHOOLS
It is required to obtain a Arkansas State Certified Handgun Course before a Arkansas Handgun License is issued by the State. In addition to the mandatory gun safety course, a full background investigation is conducted on the applicant. Fees are paid to the State of Arkansas, including their state investigative arm of the F.B.I., the F.B.I. also conducts a full criminal and background fingerprint investigation, and the handgun instructor for the training. Here is a list of the Arkansas Firearm Instructors who conduct the Arkansas Concealed Handgun Course by county.
Arkansas requires a certified handgun course be successfully completed before a CHL can be issued.
